This is a special class only for women. These classes are twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays. 30 minutes we apply a special program taken from Sports Universities and Academies which was developed in 10 years with the joint effort of many European Universities which our instrctor personally worked within. Every person attending these classes will have a unique workout intensity depending on their capabilities and their bodies and their age.
First 30 minutes will cover the basic exercises specially designed to warm up the body and start burning fat. The next 15 minutes aims to start gaining strength while loosing fat. Last 15 minutes aims to better in self applicable exercises, cool down and strech.
You will learn how to use your muscles properly and also learn how to loose weight and become stronger with our special program. More effective than many other dancing programs that you tried before.
