What is FitBoxing (FB) and How We Do it?

FitBoxing is a unique way of fitness and cardio exercise using the combinations and techniques of a martial art called Kick Boxing. Kick Boxing is a combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This physical and mental discipline which includes combat on foot is known as "the art of eight limbs" because it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, shins and feet, being associated with a good physical preparation that makes a full-contact fighter very efficient.


FB combines many techniques of different martial arts like kick boxing, muay Thai, Aikido, olympic boxing and Aikiken. Never the less the system is also very effective as a complete defense system. With the rhythm of the music you will feel that every drop of sweat lost will bring you closer to happiness and being fit.

The system works different for everyone and is individually adjusted depending on the students ability and fitness scale to carry out all through the practice hour.


Practice in this art achieves two different goals: You will learn a very effective defense system coming from a centuries old martial art but updated and designed uniquely for yourself and you will also get fit with the most effective system.


Our classes are designed for many students working together at the same time. You will be able learn and use many martial arts equipment and let them help you to get fit.


LEARN the secrets of the 2 martial arts from the expert who has been in the rings and had experienced every strike live during his martial arts career. Not like fitness teachers well advertised watch and learn DVD systems. Join us every Wednesday and Friday at 7PM.


Who can practice?

Our practice is open to everyone. The system works and is adjusted individually for every person. Adult and children classes are seperate.

What should I be wearing?

We suggest that you wear comfortable training clothes.

What equipment will I need?

You will need a pair of boxing gloves that fit, hand wraps, and shin guards. You can use our equipment for your first lesson.

Do you think I will get hurt or injured?

We do not allow sparing or competition in our center. Your only competition is yourself. The FB can be used as a self defense system. Inside our center the system is a fitness system. There is no risk of injury.
